Meeting Point
- Meeting Point: Gondoliers Private Landing Stage – Campo Santo Stefano – SERVIZIO GONDOLE (coming from Rialto or Saint Mark’s Square, keep the church of Santo Stefano and the statue on your back and you will see the Gondoliers). Please be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time.

Cancellation policies
- No penalty for cancellation within 72 hrs before the tour. On line customer service 7 days a week, 9 am – 6 pm
- The tour does not operate in case of bad weather, exceptional high tide or strong wind (in these cases it can be postponed to the day after otherwise it will be refunded)
