• This tour is not fully accessible to wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility 
• Each gondola can accommodate a maximum of 5 people; the seat aboard cannot be chosen but will be assigned by the gondolier depending on guest’s weight
• The itinerary may change in case of wind or bad weather. 
• Pets are not allowed on board the gondola 
• Digital and printed vouchers are accepted (to be shown to the gondolier)

• Meeting Point: Gondoliers landing stage at Campo (square) Santo Stefano (few metres from Accademia Bridge). Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time.

•             HOW TO REACH THE MEETING POINT

• ARRIVING ON FOOT: Coming from Rialto or Saint Mark’s Square, once in the middle of Campo Santo Stefano, keep the church of Santo Stefano and the statue on your back and find in front of you the Gondoliers Private Landing Stage – SERVIZIO GONDOLE

• No penalty for cancellation within 24 hrs before the tour. On line customer service 7 days a week, 9.30 am – 5.30 pm
• The tour does not operate in case of exceptionally bad weather or exceptionally high/low tide (in these cases it will be rescheduled for the following day or refunded)
